Welcome to Reimagining Your Business with Audria Richmond®. How are you all doing? I'm so excited about this audio program because we're gonna be diving deep into what it means to reimagine your business. Oftentimes, as small business owners, we don't go back and revisit multiple areas of our business. And so I'm very excited about this audio program because it's going to be broken up into multiple parts, and each part will have a theme and a set of questions that I want you to think about.

So think of this audio program as a audio program you wanna reference whenever you feel like your business is not doing what you needed to do, or you're not fulfilled in your business and you want to take a moment and revisit maybe some decisions you made over the years, and you're realizing like, hey, you know, I actually don't like that idea anymore. I actually don't like that I run my business like this. And so the cool thing about being the CEO of your company, you can reimagine any aspect of your business. And so this audio program is inspired by the master class that we did with our clients, showing them and teaching them how to reimagine their business by answering various questions in a lot of key categories. But before we dive into those key categories, I wanna tell you a story about how it came about.

We hosted this master class for our mastermind clients, and we did this master class in May of 2022. My mother passed away in April 2022. And for the first time, I had to reimagine my business. And there's a lot of things that can happen in your life, in your business, to get you to reimagine it. And so this could look like the death of a family member because that's what it was for me.

It could look like you being burnt out, and you're just thinking to yourself, like, oh my god. I got so much to do. I got so much work to do. I'm burnt out to a crisp. That's a perfect time to reimagine your business, because you have basically designed a business that's designed to burn you out.

Right? The next thing that will make you rethink your business and reimagine your business is no successor. So maybe you want to hand off your business and maybe your kids don't wanna take on the business or your kids do wanna take on the business, but you haven't put the proper infrastructure in place. But again, this is an opportunity to reimagine your business. Another thing that will make you reimagine your business is divorce.

If you've ever experienced a divorce, then you already know how painful that is, and that's a good time to be able to go back and reimagine your business. Becoming a caretaker or maybe you are a caretaker. And typically, if you are a caretaker, you have to prioritize the person that you are taking care of, but we still have to prioritize ourself, especially as it relates to our business. Becoming a parent is something that will make you rethink your entire business, because now if you are a person who was, you know, once single, but now you're, you know, you have a child now and you have become a parent, then the the type of business you wanted before your child may be different now that your child is here. Maybe you have some health complications that you just discovered that you have, or maybe you've always had some type of health complication and you now realize, like, okay, I need to reimagine my business to incorporate what I'm experienced on a health perspective.

Another thing that'll make you reimagine your business is maybe you the breadwinner. Maybe you're the one that's responsible for generating revenue for the company and bringing money into your household. And maybe I didn't list something that you haven't thought about, but you still want to reimagine your business. So I wanna take you on a journey to go over these key areas because I believe that it's going to be a great way for you to reimagine your business.
