Reimagining Your Products and Services
Welcome back to reimagining your business with Audria Richmond. I'm excited because in this part, we're gonna talk about reimagining your services and products. I absolutely love creating offers and making them and designing them. And so this section is very exciting in my opinion because I love to create. But I wanna ask you a series of questions to really get you thinking about your products and services and how aligned are they.
Audria Richmond®:So again, as you know, get your notebook, grab your pen, you know, get comfortable so you can answer these questions. So let's dive in. Do you currently enjoy the products and services that you are offering? If you answered no, why not? Do you love working with the avatar, your ideal client that you created these products and services for?
Audria Richmond®:If you answered no, why not? Do your products create leverage and or subtract your time? This question is extremely important because leverage is a huge part of growing a business. And if you are the bottleneck in everything that you do, then it's gonna be very difficult to scale your business. So when you answer that question, I definitely want you to think about that.
Audria Richmond®:So I will repeat the question. Do your products and or services create leverage or subtract your time? Which products and services are not allowing you to advance your vision? Sometimes, we can get caught up in creating a bunch of products and services, but they are not align in alignment with the path that we are heading down. And so thinking about that is a huge part.
Audria Richmond®:Does the type of products and services that you offer currently allow you to live the lifestyle you desire? I'll add a quick little tidbit here because I think it'll help with answering this question. When I first got started, I was so excited to be a coach, you know, coaching people, advising people, and I quickly realized that I did not have a lot of personal time because my calendar was packed to the brim with 1 on 1 calls. So how did I fix that? We started offering group coaching calls, and we started transitioning out of a lot of 1 on 1 work into group work.
Audria Richmond®:Now, I know that may not be feasible for everyone, but that is an example of how we were able to create more leverage, as a result of seeing that, like, I didn't like the schedule that I had based on the way that I had designed my business. And again, that's the whole reason why we put this series together so you could reimagine your business. And we're doing it in these various parts so you can look at various aspects of your business with a new eye, with a new, you know, fill ins because, you know, sometimes you get these answers after experience. I know I did. Right?
Audria Richmond®:I wouldn't have known prior to having so many calls that that wasn't gonna be a thing that I like. But that's again, the reason we're creating this, so you can always stay top of mind reimagining your business. Alright? Alright. And our final question is, what are some of those dream products and services that you are currently not offering, but you would love to?
Audria Richmond®:Don't be afraid to make this list. Even if you can't get to it now, you you always have the future. Right? So hopefully, you enjoyed this part of this audio program, and I cannot wait to see you in the next part.
