Welcome back to Reimagining Your Business with Audria Richmond. Hey. If you've been rocking with me for the past couple sections, you gonna you gonna really cook with your business. Alright? And so in this section, we're gonna talk about reimagining your team and leadership.

This is a huge part of business because oftentimes we wanna stay in our little shells and we don't wanna hire and we don't wanna get the team and the support that we need. But I'm going to tell you, as someone who knows how to do so many things in her business, I will tell you firsthand that getting support and getting a team is great when you're clear on how you wanna be served, when you're clear on how you wanna work with people. Oftentimes, we prematurely hire out of frustration, out of being burned out, out out you know, sometimes we have to rush and hire because we didn't expect our business to blow up, and I'm using air quotes, because we have to get out of that. We have to start preparing for the success we desire. And it looks like putting infrastructure in place, team in place, so on and so forth.

So this next series of questions is all about reimagining your team and leadership. So let's get into it. Do you feel fully supported in your business? Do you have a team that you love? If not, why are you keeping this team?

Do you have a leadership team? Why or why not? Who do you need to hire to make your vision a reality? Do you have an org chart for your organization? Based on your org chart, how much progress have you made with filling those positions?

Do you feel like you are the best leader to lead your company? Why or why not? Have you taken any team and leadership training? Why or why not? Are you clear on who you need on your team?
